The plastic injection mold first starts with the determination of the product. The feasibility study of the part to be produced is made and it is decided that an injection mold should be made.
First of all, 3D drawings of the product for which the decision is made are made in the computer environment. When we say 3D drawing, solid model data are created with the help of measuring tools of the part, which is measured in mm in exact dimensions of the product.
With these generated data, mold work is done according to the desired quantity of the product, the feasibility of which is paved.
Mold design is made with the help of design programs of the product for which mold work is done.
The steel qualities of the mold for which the mold design is made are determined and the mold steels and standard materials are ordered and given to the workshop to be processed in the workshop.
The mold, whose design has been completed and materials have been received, starts to be processed on high precision CNC benches in the workshop.
All parts are completed by our mold masters.
The mold, whose assembly is completed, is sent to the plastic injection machine for testing.
